             IIET ITI is a leading institute in the field of Technical Education. It has been established in 2006. This Institute is affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Govt. of India, New Delhi, and State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE & VT) Bhubaneswar & Directorate of Technical Education and Training (D.T.E & T) Govt. of Orissa, Which was approved by D.G.E. & T, Ministry of labor, Govt. of India, New Delhi. This institute has Large Workshop, Classrooms, Demonstration Hall, Computer Laboratory, Which are fully equipped with all types of modernize and scientific machinery tools, equipments, instruments & books. It has all types of other facilities for its trainees.

             The Institute of Industrial Education and training - IIET evolved from the need for a state of art Industrial academy in north eastern orissa. Secondly, to create avenue for exploration, research and manifestation of the technical knowledge and research. The IIET is committed to its role in creating technicians through its innovative programmes, outstanding faculty.

Trade : Electrical / Electrician

Electrician course for students. Duration : 2 years
Skills you will learn from the course : 1. You will learn about various safety methods 2. Concept and lab task on various electrical equipments - Resistors, Inductors, Capacitors, working with 3-phase electricity 1 Working with various electricals motors and generator and transformer & Hand winding and machine winding 2. Learn about concept and handson on electrical transmission and distribution 3 Learn about various AC/DC circuit designing and electrical installation in industries. 4 Construction of different types of batteries and electrolytes. 5 Servicing and repairing of all electrical equipments. 6 Design prepare HT/CT panel boards used for industries / workshop.

Trade : Mechanical / Fitter

Mechanical/ Fitter course for students. Duration : 2 years
Skills you will learn from the course : 1 Marking Filing/ hack sawing and chipping 3 Heat treating operations like hardening, tempering and annealing. 4 Rivet lap and butt joint, Butt and fillet welds – Gas & Arc. Gas cutting. 7 Chucking, centering, plain turning, taper turning, boring and thread cutting. 8 Precision marking, fit contours and geometrical figures. Drill holes, counter bore and spot face. 10 Use height and depth gauge, micrometer and vernier calipers. 11 Markup, punching, cutting, chipping and file jobs & Operate a bench drill and to drill ream holes. 15 Remetal, scrap and assemble bearings. 17 Dismantle & assemble simple machine parts and accessories. 18 Repair broken gear tooth.
